The sea witch makes her move and closes the game’s first story arc, with the Sing Together keyword and the first co-op mode.
Ursula’s Return is the fourth chapter of Disney Lorcana. The set released on May 31, 2024 at mass retail, following an early release on May 17, 2024 in local game stores and Disney Parks, including Disneyland Paris. It contains 204 cards in the main set, plus 18 Enchanted cards.
A powerful Ursula glimmer, unleashed from the Great Illuminary during the flood, is at last ready to put her plans into motion. Wielding King Triton’s trident, the sea witch grows to giant size and entangles characters: Anna, Jafar, Minnie and Bruno are among those ensnared, while Mulan, Raya and the Beast resist.
The Madrigal family joins the fight and, at the climax, Ursula is defeated and her crown destroyed, freeing the lore she had hoarded. This set closes the game’s first story arc, formed by chapters 1 through 4.

New gameplay features
The set introduces the Sing Together keyword: a song with "Sing Together X" can be sung by exerting any combination of characters whose total ink cost is X or more. Six new songs use it.
It also adds alternative Shift costs: some characters shift not by paying ink, but by discarding a specific card type, such as a song.
The game’s first co-op mode
Ursula’s Return launched alongside Illumineer’s Quest: Deep Trouble, the very first co-operative product in Disney Lorcana.
One to four players face an automated scenario deck piloted by Ursula, made of 50 Entangled cards. The box contains two preconstructed 60-card decks, an oversized Ursula card, two oversized battleground cards, a playmat, tokens and a Secret Victory card.
Starter decks and products
Two starter decks shipped with the set: Amber and Amethyst on an Encanto theme, with Mirabel and Bruno, and Sapphire and Steel with Anna and Hercules.
The lineup also includes 12-card booster packs, the 24-pack booster display and the Illumineer’s Trove. There is no standard gift set for this release: the co-op quest takes its place.
Disney worlds and the most sought-after cards
Encanto makes its debut in the game with Mirabel, Bruno, Luisa, Dolores, Antonio, Isabela and Casa Madrigal as a Location card.
Among the Enchanted cards, the most valuable are Ariel, Sonic Warrior, Cinderella, Melody Weaver, Ursula, Sea Witch Queen and Anna, True-Hearted.
