Azurite Sea
A high-seas pirate adventure that opens the second story arc and the Hexwell Crown storyline.
Azurite Sea is the sixth chapter of Disney Lorcana. The set released on November 15, 2024 in local game stores and Disney Parks, then at mass retail later in November 2024. It contains 204 cards in the main set, plus 18 Enchanted cards.
Set sail for the high seas. Aboard great ships, Illumineers and their glimmers venture across the Azurite Sea, as beautiful as it is unpredictable. Disguised as pirates, with a Jim Hawkins glimmer captaining their ship, they follow an ancient map in search of the owner of a mysterious inkcaster, hoping it leads them to the Curator so the Great Illuminary can be repaired.
They face Kakamora pirates and whirlpools, while Smee and Captain Hook plot against them. Meanwhile Jafar obtains the remnants of Ursula’s destroyed crown, now named the Hexwell Crown: the start of an arc that runs through to chapter 8.

New gameplay features
Like the previous chapter, Azurite Sea introduces no new keyword and no new card type. The Vanish keyword, often associated with this era of the game, actually arrives later with Archazia’s Island.
The set adds the Robot classification, carried notably by Baymax, and leans heavily on classification synergies, especially around Pirates and Inventors, which the two starter decks are built on.
The Disney worlds featured
Two franchises make their debut in the game: Big Hero 6 (with Hiro Hamada, Baymax, Go Go Tomago, Honey Lemon, Wasabi and Fred) and Chip ’n Dale: Rescue Rangers (with Chip, Dale, Gadget Hackwrench and Monterey Jack).
The set also features Treasure Planet, Winnie the Pooh with Tigger, Moana and the Kakamora, Peter Pan with Hook and Smee, Lilo & Stitch, The Emperor’s New Groove with Yzma and The Great Mouse Detective.
Starter decks and products
Two starter decks shipped with the set: Amber and Ruby on a Pirate and Location theme, led by Jim Hawkins and Tigger, and Emerald and Sapphire on an Inventor theme, led by Gadget Hackwrench and Go Go Tomago.
The lineup includes 12-card booster packs, the 24-pack booster display, the Illumineer’s Trove and a Stitch Collector’s Gift Set containing an exclusive promo card, 4 boosters and an illustrated portfolio. No co-op product accompanies this set.
